ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number isn’t working.
Every order at CanvaSnap comes with a tracking number. If your tracking number isn’t working, please contact us at support@CanvaSnap.com, and we’ll assist you in finding your shipment details. You will receive your tracking number via email a few days after your order. Make sure to enter your tracking number correctly using copy-paste to avoid errors.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll notify you by email or phone. Your tracking number will be sent shortly after, which you can use to track your order via our online tracking page.
The tracking site says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.
Sometimes, postal services mark a package as delivered when it arrives at your local post office. Please wait a few more days or contact your post office for details. They might be holding your package for you.

Where is my package being shipped from?
CanvaSnap has over 140 fulfillment centers in 32 countries. Your order will be locally produced and shipped from the nearest center to your location.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, send us photo or video evidence, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
AFTER PURCHASE
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address or chosen the wrong variant—can I change it?

My package is stuck in customs—what can I do?
